Position Description:
Provide visionary leadership to develop strategies that optimize revenue cycle performance in fee-for-service and value-based payment models, leveraging metrics such as collections yield, denial rate, and days in accounts receivable. Analyze and respond to healthcare trends to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and business outcomes. Collaborate with key leaders to ensure teamwork and alignment across patient intake, scheduling, benefits verification, billing, coding, credentialing, collections, and reimbursement. Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards to drive transparency and informed decision-making across the leadership team. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations, including HIPAA and healthcare billing laws. Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing revenue cycle professionals, fostering a culture of outstanding customer service and leadership development. Partner with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure workflow efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred). 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Extensive knowledge of healthcare regulations, coding standards (e.g., ICD-10, CPT), and payer-specific guidelines. Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop high-performing teams. Effective problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience managing high-volume, multi-state healthcare revenue cycles, including credentialing, billing, and denial management. Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in healthcare. Demonstrated success collaborating with clinical, financial, and administrative teams. Grow with Us.
