Early Intervention Program Director Clasp Resources Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director to lead our organization in providing exceptional services in the field of behavioral health and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for program development, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage relationships, oversee program operations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness and service delivery. Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability and resource allocation. Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to foster professional development. Lead program management initiatives to ensure high-quality services are delivered consistently. Collaborate with social work professionals to address the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with all administrative requirements and regulatory standards. Facilitate ongoing program development to adapt services to meet changing community needs. Experience Proven experience in relationship management within the behavioral health or social services sector. Strong background in budgeting and financial management related to program operations. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, including supervising staff and fostering a positive work environment. Experience in program management and development tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities. Administrative experience that includes compliance oversight and policy implementation. A passion for working with people with developmental disabilities and enhancing their quality of life through effective programming. $80,000.00 – $98,000.00 per year
