Housing Representative-Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program Cumberland County Housing and Redevelopment Authority 114 North Hanover Street, Carlisle, PA 17013 Make a Difference in Your Community! The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Cumberland County is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housing Representative to join our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of HCV participants, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations. Conduct eligibility interviews, annual and interim re-certifications, and rent calculations. Work directly with tenants and landlords to facilitate lease-ups, resolve concerns, and ensure program understanding. Review and process Requests for Tenancy Approval (RFTA), leases, and Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) contracts. Maintain accurate and timely records using housing software (e.g., Tenmast). Educate clients and landlords on their rights, responsibilities, and program guidelines. Support fraud prevention and ensure regulatory compliance in all interactions. Perform technical and administrative work of a moderately complex nature related to county-wide rental assistance programs

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

High School Diploma, or equivalent

Experience:

2+ years of experience in housing programs, case management, or similar roles required . HCV program experience is a plus

Skills:
