Community Participation Support Programs Director 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 197 Dunn Station Rd, Prosperity, PA 15329 This is a full time administrative position responsible for the overall management and development of the Vocational, Transportation and Day Treatment Programs in Ruff Creek, PA for persons with disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement a plan to upgrade the capacity of all existing programs. Develop new off site employment opportunities (community partnerships) for persons with disabilities. Develop new contract work for existing sheltered workshop. Ensure that the needs of all consumers are adequately being met in program areas. Ensure preparation and management of annual budgets for all program areas. Ensure compliance with DHS, ODP, HIPAA/HCSIS, and State/Federal regulations. Provide and ensure direct supervision, support, and evaluation of all program staff. Provide required/requested materials and reports for County/and or State. Must be able to communicate effectively in public settings and work well with other social agencies and funding sources.

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS from accredited college or university. Minimum five years experience supervising staff in the Human Services Field. Experience in budget preparation and management. Experience writing and implementing program proposals and marketing services. Knowledge of DHS regulations required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must Pass Child Abuse History, Criminal Record Check and FBI Clearances. _ EOE _
