Leasing and Inspection Agent Realty Management Advisors Bluffton, SC 29910 Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing property leasing processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional service to prospective tenants. This position requires strong communication and organization skills. Duties Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities. Manage data entry for tenant applications and maintain accurate records in property management software. Take photos and videos of properties and market properties for rent on our publishing software Preform semi-annual, move-in and move-out inspections Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person visits. Requirements Previous experience as a Leasing Agent or in a similar role is preferred. Comfortable with substantial time on the phone and face to face with prospective tenants Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential tenants. Knowledge of property maintenance processes or prior property management/real estate experience will make you stand out. Willing to learn and take direction; while also providing feedback on making our services better. Valid Driver’s license, insured vehicle and ability to travel between properties.
