Housing Stability Coach Use Text to Apply (629) 276-4802 Application Code OF01007 Join the Family As the Housing Stability Coach , you would be responsible for promoting safety, housing retention and emotional regulation among residents, who are transition-aged youth with histories of foster care and complex trauma. Ability to be a team member and thought leader. Bachelor’s degree in social services, Psychology, Human Services or related field. Two years of experience working with transition-aged youth, preferably in housing, shelter, or community-based programs. Experience with permanent supportive housing, youth housing programs, or residential care preferred. Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, and the foster care to adulthood transition. Ability to stay regulated in high-stress situations and model healthy emotional responses. Certified driving instructor credentials preferred. Familiarity with Hubspot, Microsoft office Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred TBRI Practitioner or MI Trained. Proof of Automobile Insurance and Reliable Transportation
