Responsibilities include:
Pricing Review and Updates Market Survey Review Month End Review Invoice Review Financial Review Weekly Manager Calls Monthly Owner Calls Capital Improvement Oversight and Management Budget Preparation Site Visits Resident Complaints Service Contract Management Perform Employee Evaluations on a quarterly and annual basis Lender Communications, including Escrow Management Qualifications BS Degree in Business Administration preferred Required 10 years of Community Manager experience Knowledge of and experience with affordable Section 8 housing; HUD processes including REAC, MOR, COS, EIV, and Tracs Must be able to work as a team and independently without direct supervision Excellent customer service and professionalism is a must Experience with Fortress is a plus Strong leadership skills required Travel Must be willing to travel up to 50% Must be willing to drive up to 4 hours one-way
