Job Description
SOR Recovery Pathfinder Cocaine Alcohol Awareness Program, Inc. 4041 Knight Arnold Road, Memphis, TN 38118 The responsibilities of the SOR(State Opiod Response) Recovery Pathfinder include but not limited to ensuring that clients are referred for appropriate MAT, Clinical Treatment, Recovery Life Coaches and others ancillary services. The SOR Recovery Pathfinder will also ensure that the Government Performance and Results (GPRA) are conducted at the appropriate time frames, coordinates linkages for clients who need more comprehensive services which may include, primary care services, recovery support services, dental services, recovery housing, etc. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or are qualified by education and/or experience for the specific duties of the position and are trained in alcohol, tobacco and/or drug abuse specific information or skills. Bilingual a plus.
