The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing products that meet the needs of our organization while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of market trends. The Buyer will play a critical role in maintaining inventory levels and fostering relationships with suppliers. Responsibilities Research and analyze market trends to identify potential suppliers and products. Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best possible terms. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock. Collaborate with various departments, including sales and property management, to understand purchasing needs. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law in all purchasing activities. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or issues related to purchased goods. Skills Strong understanding of market dynamics and sourcing strategies. Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse suppliers. Experience in sales or real estate administrative roles is advantageous. Knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is preferred. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in property management practices.
