What You’ll Be Rockin’ Out On:

We are looking for a highly skilled Fashion Specialist to educate our tri-county (Miami-Dade, Broward, P. Beach) thrift store pricing operators. This candidate will have an excellent array of fashion knowledge which includes: brand recognition, style trends and material expertise. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like: Train pricing staff to confidently spot everything from rare high-end designers to trendy mid-range brands. (Yes, even the difference between vintage YSL and Zara dupes!) Teach how to spot quality like a pro—from telling real leather from the fake stuff, to identifying fabrics by touch, and checking if a piece is well-made or just all style, no substance.

Get hands-on in-store:

support our teams in sorting, evaluating, and pricing real inventory—from denim to designer handbags. Design clear and engaging visual training tools—like fabric swatch kits, brand lookbooks, and quick-reference cheat sheets with product codes—to help teams learn our style and collections with ease. Standardize pricing strategies to ensure consistency and fairness across all stores—based on item value, condition, and what’s hot in fashion right now. Track market trends like a fashion insider and update pricing tactics seasonally. Travel to all five store locations across the tri-county area. Your car might become your mobile fashion HQ! Rack:

A deep love (and knowledge) of fashion—past, present, and future. A solid background in retail, resale, styling, product authentication, and fashion merchandising. Strong knowledge of textiles, materials, and garment construction. You’re a natural teacher who can make fabric facts fun and inspire others to level up their style smarts.
