Assistant Purchasing/Inventory Manager Sun Kool Air Conditioning 530 NE 14th Street, Ocala, FL 34470

Responsibilities:

• Must have HVAC Experience !
• Assist Purchasing Manager in daily tasks
• Assist team members with correct inventory pulling and assignments
• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and ensure accurate stock replenishment
• Collaborate with Purchasing Manager and other teams to improve inventory accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
• Assist to manage order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping of products
• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management processes
• Utilize data visualization tools to analyze inventory

Skills:

• Must have HVAC background!
• Strong background in inventory management or warehouse operations
• Proficiency in inventory control principles and practices
• Experience with QB online, Excel, Field Edge and Microsoft Office a plus!
• Knowledge of demand planning techniques and forecasting methods
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
