Position Purpose:
Accepts all purchased products into the resort, verifying accuracy of deliver to purchase orders. Maintains storeroom in accordance to standards and rotates stock accordingly. Issues and delivers items to departments in accordance with the requisition policies and procedures. Conducts inventories.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Assist the Storeroom Manager/Supervisor in the daily operation of the storeroom. Receives and places products in their assigned storeroom location in an organized manner. Checks items received against purchase orders to verify accuracy of the order. Rotates perishable stock so that all food items are fresh.
Issues and delivers products from the Storeroom to Departments. Check each item on the requisitions which may involve weighing, counting, verifying each item and checking them against specifications to verify accuracy and approvals for the order.
Conducts inventories as directed. Ensure all food, beverage and general merchandise items are listed on inventory lists.
