Job Title:

Estimating Assistant Job Description This role involves preparing estimates for materials required for product development, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in procurement processes.

Schedule Pay:

$20/hr

Shift:

1st Shift (Monday-Friday) 8AM-4:30PM Responsibilities Conduct detailed estimates on materials needed for product development. Manage data entry tasks related to procurement and purchasing. Assist in office administration duties to support estimation and purchasing operations. Utilize Excel for data entry and analysis to enhance purchasing processes. Essential Skills Proficiency in office administration tasks. Advanced Excel data entry skills. Experience in procurement and purchasing procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Ability to perform accurate data entry. Experience in estimation processes. Work Environment You will work in a collaborative office setting where attention to detail is paramount. The use of Microsoft Excel will be frequent, ensuring precision in data management and entry. The environment fosters teamwork and supports efficient purchasing and estimation operations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oviedo, Florida. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
