Job Summary:

The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the procurement staff in the purchase of products, supplies, equipment and materials for the operations department.

Schedule :

8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday –

Friday Position Type:

Full Time – Long term temporary

Key Responsibilities:

Performs purchase order data entry as needed. Updates corrective action log as directed. Maintains filing systems. Tracks expedited orders for components or products. Compare products received against products ordered and check condition of products. Reports discrepancies and damage to management.
