Job Summary:

Broad Management Group is seeking a personable, intelligent, and proactive Purchasing Associate to support our CapEx department. This individual must be assertive, detail-oriented, and capable of following through on tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a background in maintenance operations and a working knowledge of cost-saving strategies related to maintenance supplies and purchasing. This is a full-time position based in our Montvale, NJ office.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and managing maintenance supplies with an emphasis on cost-cutting and efficiency Analyze purchasing data in relation to property budgets and recommend opportunities for savings Perform group trainings on purchasing and cost saving protocols Use Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet to manage project data and reporting Demonstrate initiative and follow-through in all assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in purchasing and/or real estate management Familiarity with maintenance supply purchasing and cost analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Assertive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Must work full-time on-site in Montvale, NJ #ID25 #HP
