This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with vendors and suppliers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in procurement management, inventory control, and vendor management, contributing to the overall success of our purchasing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities Assist the sales team in managing procurement processes, ensuring timely and accurate purchasing of products. Coordinate vendor management activities, including establishing relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory control checks to ensure optimal stock levels.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Provide timely responses to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors regarding product availability and pricing. Prepare reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and procurement activities for management review. Assist in all sales operations and customer service duties Requirements Proven experience in procurement management, vendor management, or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with suppliers and customers. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting.
