We’re currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduler & Purchasing Coordinator . This key role supports our field teams by ensuring materials are ordered on time and jobs are efficiently scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule crews and jobs daily, ensuring optimal routing and productivity Coordinate with project managers, clients, and field staff to confirm scheduling details Order materials, tools, and supplies for upcoming jobs, ensuring timely delivery Maintain and update job boards, calendars, and internal scheduling systems Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations Communicate proactively with vendors and internal teams to resolve delays or issues Support office administration as needed
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Prior experience in scheduling, purchasing, or office coordination (landscaping or construction industry a plus) Comfortable answering phones and providing customer support Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software (Aspire exp preferred) Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
