GENERAL DUTIES
(including but limited to): Assist in retail stores Manage customer service Administrative support of Buyer Assist with selection of merchandise Analyze sales reports to maximize sales opportunities and limit markdown liability Write purchase orders as assigned Audit and process invoices in a timely manner Develop floor and window sets Develop and maintain store signage Assist with website and social media
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing or related field 3-5 years retail management experience Knowledge of retail math Excellent visual merchandising skills Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-starter with strong sense of urgency Professional appearance and demeanor Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends as required Experience with photography, website design/maintenance and social media a plus Salary commensurate with experience
