The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinate tasks and information between office staff, venue contacts, and management. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for management and venues demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and effective communication. Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, coordinating logistics as needed. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents. Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and managing records with accuracy. Provide support in proofreading documents to ensure clarity and professionalism in all communications. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve office efficiency. Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed. Experience Previous experience in an administrative role and/or event planning/meeting planning position is preferred. Strong customer support background with proven skills in handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Familiarity with event/meeting planning duties is a plus but not required. Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Drive. Comfortable learning new software applications quickly.
