Description Primary Purpose:
(Summary of major reason this job exists)
Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
(Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to
prevent other duties from being assigned) Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts via electronic queues
Accurately and concisely communicate with the branches on issues if a document has errors
Accurately and concisely update tracking system to correspond with forms
Perform maintenance when needed to correspond with form
Review reports to assure documentation and procedures are within guidelines
Provide support for other areas of the department as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Job Specifications:
(Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job) Outstanding communication skills Close attention to detail and good organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills
Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
Must be a self starter and excel at time management
Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information
Knowledge of NetTrax recommended
