Home Care:
Scheduler
- Home Care will serve as the primary contact for clients, family members, and caregivers regarding the Right at Home care schedule. Manage every detail of the care schedule with general guidance from care management staff. Scheduler
- Home Care ensures all scheduled shifts are staffed and completed.
Align with company management and office staff to ensure a strong caregiver engagement and client delight. Assist other departments as needed including human resources, front desk administration and payroll.
Education and Required Skills:
High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience. Computer skills and organizational abilities. Excellent interpersonal relations abilities and telephone skills. Knowledge of common medical terminology preferred. Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Scheduler
- Home Care must be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours.
Ability to read, write and speak English as needed for the position.
