ACCi is seeking a goal-driven, energetic, and resourceful Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to join our Birmingham-based sales and marketing team. This in-office position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a structured yet entrepreneurial environment, enjoys engaging with people, and is excited by the challenge of turning prospects into opportunities. This position could be part time or full time.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and compile business lead lists from resources such as LinkedIn, websites, HubSpot, BBJ, BBB, purchased lists, and other databases Clean and format company/contact data in Excel for CRM import Input, manage, and track leads and activities using ConnectWise and HubSpot CRM Make 50-80 outbound calls daily to connect with potential business clients Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile (company size, revenue, industry, IT needs, etc.) Schedule First-Time Appointments (FTAs) with C-level executives or business owners Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve weekly/monthly appointment goals Follow up on targeted email or mail campaigns with consistent and strategic calling Document all activity and results in CRM platforms Identify and flag contacts that do not match our profile Stay focused, consistent, and driven with minimal supervision

A positive, self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills Excellent verbal communication and a professional phone presence Ability to engage decision-makers and navigate gatekeepers Strong attention to detail with Excel and CRM usage (HubSpot and ConnectWise preferred) Not discouraged by rejection—tenacious and resilient Ability to work independently and stay productive without micromanagement Professional, coachable, and eager to contribute to team goals –
