In this role, you will play a crucial part in the daily funding of our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Responsibilities Assist in the daily invoice processing and verification. Monitor debtor credit and overall portfolio. Help in collection efforts when needed. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations. Support the implementation of new processes and procedures aimed at enhancing productivity. Participate in team meetings, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement. Address any operational issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities. Skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in using office software and technology (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in operations or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
