Administrative Operations Specialist Cloud Financial 200 Clinton Ave W, Huntsville, AL 35801 Cloud Investments, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to implement and maintain critical client service processes for our growing wealth management practice.

The Position:
This role supports a wealth advisor. The position requires establishing and maintaining precise systems that ensure complete accuracy and regulatory compliance. Close tracking for asset movement and accuracy in documentation. Experience in finance or banking preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation & Process Management (60%) Create and maintain detailed procedural documentation for all client onboarding processes Develop systematic checklists for application completion to ensure 100% accuracy Establish clear filing protocols for both digital and physical documentation Implement tracking systems with defined metrics for measuring process efficiency Client Account Administration (30%) Verify all client information for accuracy and completeness before submission Systematically process account updates including beneficiary changes and address updates Execute direct client communication following established protocols for inquiries and service requests Document all client conversations to ensure information accuracy Conduct regular audits of client files to ensure all information is current and accurate Additional Support (10%) Serve as part of our collaborative team by assisting with general office duties as needed Maintain structured communication and follow-up with advisor to ensure priorities remain aligned Ideal Qualifications (Specific Requirements): Experience developing and implementing procedural documentation Proven ability to create and maintain detailed tracking systems Background in form processing with zero-error tolerance Experience with systematic file management and organization Demonstrated skill in creating logical workflows and process improvements Demonstrated ability to categorize tasks by urgency and importance Experience managing multiple concurrent deadlines Background in compliance-focused industries is valuable Benefits of the
