Hanover, MDRadiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a •Senior Operations Specialist•to support the Project Manager for Cyber and Space (PM CandS) under the Program Executive Office for Intelligence, Electronic Warfare, and Sensors (PEO IEWandS) in Hanover, Maryland. The successful candidate will provide operational and administrative support in a high-visibility environment requiring attention to detail, coordination across teams, and interaction with senior leadership. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing day-to-day operations, supporting acquisition programs, and organizing events within a DoD framework.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute day-to-day operations and administrative tasks across the PM CandS organization.

Review, edit, and track internal and external staff actions to completion.

Coordinate and respond to suspense items, taskers, data calls, and programmatic inquiries.

Track mandatory Army and PEO training requirements for military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

Plan, develop, and track events such as VIP briefings, mandatory training, and special ceremonies (e.g., retirements, awards, farewells).Prepare and deliver weekly briefings to the Operations Lead and PM CandS leadership, highlighting key notes and actionable items.

Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of high-level briefings and operational documentation, often under tight deadlines and for Flag Officer or O6-level review.

Collaborate regularly with program managers, engineers, and schedule analysts to ensure smooth information flow and task execution.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent organizational, communication, and editing skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard DoD administrative systems.

U.S. Citizenship and •active Top Secret/SCI clearance•.

Required Experience:
