Job Description

Office Operations Coordinator, HYCO Service Center 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars 218 Arad Thompson Rd Ne, Arab, AL 35016 Embark on an exciting career supporting the HYCO Service Center Manager in ensuring smooth administrative operations . You’ll handle customer interactions, organize and process vital documents, and maintain efficient record-keeping systems. Additionally, generating invoices, drafting correspondence, and providing essential team support will be part of your daily routine. Core Responsibilities Create and manage comprehensive shop packets. Draft and update quotes to be shared with customers promptly. Engage in follow-ups with both external clients and internal departments as needed. Efficient document scanning, copying, and preservation. Maintain structured electronic and physical filing systems. Handle all forms of communication, including emails and calls, as per instructions. Coordinate schedules for meetings and appointments. Health & Safety Responsibilities Adhering to company protocols on personnel and workplace safety. Properly report any equipment-related safety issues. Consistently use protective gear as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Ensure all duties are performed with a safety-first mindset. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is mandatory. Minimum of two years in clerical or administrative support within a manufacturing or service setting. Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry tasks. Competence in logistics activities such as shipping, receiving, and package tracking. Effective communication throughout all company levels.
