This role is essential in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records. File documents systematically and ensure that all files are up-to-date and easily accessible. Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication. Assist with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software as needed. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Experience Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
