You’ll manage everyaspect of the customer lottery ticket order experience, ensuringaccuracy and efficiency with each order and redemption. Your rolewill shape the future of this rapidly growing industry as you keepsystems running seamlessly to positively impact the team’s successwhile enhancing the lottery experience for our customers.

Whatyou’ll do as an Operations Associate Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders andredemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy fromstart to finish. Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statusesand tracking information. Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives andhit deadlines. Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanningequipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly. Step in to support various operational projects as they arise,contributing to the team’s overall success.

What you’ll bring Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends andholidays with a proven track record of reliable attendance. Experience in fast-paced environments, with a knack fortechnology and familiarity with common software, includingMicrosoft Excel. Self-starter mentality and sharp attention to detail, with theability to prioritize and tackle tasks independently. Exceptional customer service, communication, and timemanagement skills. Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and occasionallylift up to 25 lbs, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-movingfulfillment setting.— The US hourly rate for this full-timeposition is $15.00 – $19.00, plus benefits as applicable. Oursalary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
