The Tiffany Workshop is seeking a Production Scheduler that will be responsible for executing the production plan as determined by the Industrial Planning Organization in accordance with Internal Manufacturing capacities and resources. This includes ordering all internally and externally made components (casting/sub-assemblies, sundries, etc.) and the creation of the production schedules to ensure the goals of on-time delivery are met for each facility.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage material planning and scheduling functions for assigned projects. Release work orders for execution for areas of responsibility and ensure on-time completion by partnering with manufacturing to ensure production schedules are met. Maintain appropriate inventory levels and disposition the excess and obsolescence inventory report on a quarterly basis. Ensure data integrity of all product information. Communicate and collaborate with other Production Schedulers, Lead Planner and New Product Integration Leads to resolve any issues and ensure there are no conflicts. Actively create, participate and encourage lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for your position. Promptly report all incidents and safety issues to your supervisor and/or manager.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience 3 – 5 years’ experience in Production Planning MRP/ERP system experience in a Supply Chain Manufacturing organization Strong background in a Lean Manufacturing environment Strong mathematical and organizational skills Demonstrated leadership skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

APICS Certification or currently pursuing Knowledge of JD Edwards and JDA business systems Inventory Management Skills The hiring range for this position ranges from $77,010.00 – $90,000.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
