Calera Orthodontics is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator to join our team and help us create beautiful smiles every day! As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our patients’ journey to a perfect smile is seamless. If you’re a friendly, organized, and reliable individual with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do:

Welcome and greet patients and families with a smile! Manage and update the doctor’s schedule, making sure everything runs smoothly. Answer phone calls in a friendly, professional manner and manage voicemails throughout the day. Gather and accurately record patient information, including medical, dental, and insurance details. Help patients with insurance questions and ensure they understand their benefits. Collect payments and co-pays with care and accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Support the team by taking on other administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic office (bonus points for familiarity with Dolphin Management software!). Strong understanding of dental insurance and benefits. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. A positive attitude and a strong desire to help people.
