Job Summary:
Schedules all patients for diagnostic testing, treatment, or other procedures. Schedules all referrals to specialist and sends pertinent information to other providers. Pre-certification is acquired for any test or procedure when necessary. MUST provide excellent customer service at all times. Full time with benefits in PMSG Clinics at Russell Medical in Alexander City, AL Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-12:30pm
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent. Advanced clerical training preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Basic working knowledge of computers, excellent customer service with good verbal and written communication skills, 2 years medical office experience, knowledge of insurance regulations, collections, Medical terminology.
