Job Description
Work Order & Scheduling Specialist 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars Conway, AR 72032 The Operations Assistant job function supports operations with work order creation, build review accuracy, time input and staffing strategies.
Job Duties:
Monitor production schedule and create work orders for weeks of production runs in tandem with Roasting/Grinding Daily review of production schedule to make any adjustments or pivots in work order schedule Review Production work order builds for accuracy on raw material inputs Record discrepancies found in work orders and report them to shift supervisors for operator traiBackup for Production supervisors to input full-time employees and temporary associates into time system Partner with Production supervisors to create requisitions for staffing agencies and Recruit Management (RM), after approval from Director of Operations, to staff each shift appropriately

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Knowledge of how to use and navigate Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc) High Attention to Detail Be able to work through problems and work in a group setting to find solutions Good leadership and training skills Quick troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Equal Opportunity Employer / Vets / Disabled
