Education:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED required. 2.
Training and Experience:
Computer word processing skills and knowledge of medical terminology required. Good communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. 3.
Job Requirements:
Basic knowledge of healthcare system, medical terminology and good grammar and composition skills required. 4.

Facilitates efficient daily scheduling for medical or surgical procedures performed in the hospital. Acts as a liaison between the doctor’s office, clinic, etc., and the hospital. Demonstrates discretion protecting the confidentiality of patient information at all times.
