Business Units and Functions will optimize and mature processes using CORE tools and methods in a series of activities and events. The candidate will work alongside Business Unit Operations and Functional leaders and their teams as required to optimize business processes and develop talent within the operating system. They will also work with CORE Leaders to plan and execute the implementation and advancement of the CORE Operating System including:
What You Will Do:
Build partnership within Operations Leadership Review plans and provide support for maturity improvement Help with COSMIC and process analysis tool usage Perform Framework assessment validations as needed Facilitate benchmarking across the company Facilitate/Lead Engagements utilizing entire suite of CORE Methods & Tools as applicable Train employees on CORE Methods & Tools with emphasis on advanced problem solving methodologies Coach Engagement leads in facilitation skills and help improve overall CORE competency Mentor CORE Experts and Professionals Lead Strategic Initiatives related to Operations Excellence Lead the advancement of the CORE Success Story and financial validation processes including review and alignment on technology solutions Analyze data for automation opportunities and reporting efficiency Proactive engagement with leaders across the operations sites to understand top issues and
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience 5+ years experience with continuous improvement Black Belt or Master Black equivalent 5+ years experience with manufacturing operations, business processes and technical acumen 5+ years experience delivering training at all levels 5+ years experience deploying continuous improvement operating systems

Employees who are working in Remote roles
- will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
- This position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD – 295,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
