Operations Apprentice – Growth Opportunity Ultra Flow 9 Thompson Road, East Windsor, CT 06088 Are you motivated, eager to learn, and ready to get your hands dirty? Ultra Flow is seeking an ambitious Operations Apprentice to join our team. This role isn’t your typical desk job—it’s a dynamic blend of manual labor, technology, and management skills training designed for someone ready to learn the business from the ground up. You’ll be mentored directly by senior leadership, gaining firsthand experience in manufacturing, operations management, inventory control, and logistics.

Your Responsibilities:

Hands-On Production Tasks:

Lifting and handling boxes Packaging materials Tightening fittings and assembling components Wrapping, strapping, and preparing pallets for shipment General facility maintenance and organization

Software and Operational Training:

Learn and utilize our operations software (Odoo) Input data accurately and assist in software-driven process improvements

Career Development:

Gradually assume responsibility for supervising production processes Master shipping, receiving, and inventory management Move toward a future role as facility foreman overseeing team members and day-to-day operations
