POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and driven Appointment Setter to play a key role in expanding our client base and supporting our financial advisors. This position focuses on generating qualified leads, setting appointments with prospective clients, and representing our firm at evening seminars and client-facing events. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for relationship-building, and a desire to grow within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable engaging with individuals both over the phone and in person.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Make 50+ outbound calls per day to connect with and qualify potential clients Schedule high-quality appointments for financial advisors using proven scripts and personalized messaging Track and manage lead activity and appointment notes in CRM software Collaborate closely with advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and context-rich introductions Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and check-ins to maintain momentum with interested prospects Represent the firm at evening client-facing seminars and community events Assist with event setup and administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing teams Continuously grow your understanding of financial planning services to enhance client conversations

QUALIFICATIONS

1+ year of experience in sales, appointment setting, or business development (required) Experience in or interest in the financial services industry is a strong plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable Willing to work some evenings for events

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:

$60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
