STNA Scheduler provides staffing and scheduling for the nursingstaff to ensure that the highest degree of quality care can beprovided to our residents at all times. Responsibilities:
- Prepares schedule for thenursing department by scheduling all nurse and nursing assistantsto ensure state mandated staffing ratios (PPD) are maintained.
- Monitor overtime and make daily staffing adjustments according tocensus needs.
- Maintain daily roster sheets for each shift.
- Daily review of previous day’s time clock punches with schedules.
- Monitor inventory of supplies, recommend replenishing supplyorders.
Qualifications:
