Customer Service/Scheduler George Harte Infiniti of Wallingford Wallingford, CT 06492 Customer Service FT opportunities available Looking for Customer Service representatives to assist with client relations. Must be High-energy, positive and out-going with strong verbal communication skills Responsibilities Answer phone calls and e-mails, greeting customers and prospective customers and reminding them of upcoming appointments Scheduling appointments for customer consultations, visit to the dealership and services requested Liaise and coordinate with service team about schedules, customers and any changes Follow up with customer regarding their experience. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree
