Operations Specialist Position Available In Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Torrington, Connecticut. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth handling of inventory, materials, and data management processes. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory processes, including material handling and accurate record-keeping.
• Perform data entry and order processing tasks with precision.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Utilize ERP and CRM systems to streamline operations and data management.
• Audit processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Process checks and other financial transactions as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational needs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. Requirements
• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services and ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM software and data processing tools.
• Familiarity with Epic Software is a plus.
• Strong auditing and compliance knowledge.
• Skilled in check processing and financial transactions.
• Excellent communication abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately.
• Prior experience in inventory management and order entry processes.
