What You’ll Do:

Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Schedule service appointments and manage the calendar Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers Help troubleshoot basic service questions Coordinate email communication with clients Future Responsibilities (with training & time): Generate quotes and invoices Handle basic bookkeeping and payroll tasks Perform outreach to past and potential customers Streamline and improve office systems and processes Bring your own ideas to help us grow!

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who learns quickly and thrives in a fast-moving environment Tech-comfortable (familiar with email, calendars, and basic office tools) Knowledgeable with our Connecticut towns/cities and the ability to read a map Strong communicator, both on the phone and in writing Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks without constant oversight Motivated to grow with the company and take on more responsibility
