The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining accurate schedule and documentation while providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for clients in a timely manner. Review and maintain schedules, ensuring all schedules are accurate and up-to-date. Provide clerical support at the front desk, including answering phone calls Handle collections as necessary while maintaining professionalism and empathy towards clients. Experience Previous experience in a scheduling role within a non- medical agency . Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff. Ability to use software scheduling program, microsoft, and excel.
