We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who brings a great attitude, works well with others, and isn’t afraid to solve problems. Position Summary The Operations Coordinator plays a central role in keeping our jobs and teams running smoothly. This person will support both the service and construction divisions by organizing daily tasks, coordinating material needs, and ensuring communication flows between the field, office, and vendors. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a willingness to help wherever needed. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day operations, job tracking, and scheduling Assist with material ordering, vendor communication, and delivery planning Track progress on active jobs and communicate updates across departments Reinforce OSHA compliance and help maintain safety documentation Support internal safety programs including toolbox talks and job hazard analyses (JHAs) Have a working understanding of NEC and electrical safety protocols (NFPA 70E preferred) Look for inefficiencies and propose ways to improve operations Communicate with professionalism and a team-first mindset What We’re Looking For 2+ years in construction, trades, or electrical operations Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude, team player, and dependable under pressure Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and NEC standards Experience with scheduling or job tracking software preferred Ability to communicate clearly with office staff, techs, and customers Proactive and solutions-oriented—someone who steps in when things need fixing Must Have Electrical industry background (field or office) Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes Compensation & Benefits Salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities to grow within the company
