This position is part of a 24×7 network control environment. Core shift is first shift but shift and workday flexibility is required when off-hours support is needed.

Job Description:
L3Harris is looking for a Network Operations Metrics Coordinator who will support a large nationwide customer. This individual will be a key member of the Network Operations Control Center (NOCC) that support mission critical programs. The Metrics Coordinator will be part of the Operations Metrics, Reporting and Continuous Improvement team, responsible for the preparation and delivery of an operations daily and monthly reports.
Essential Tasks:
Reviews all operations service trouble ticket data daily to ensure accuracy prior to distribution of the daily report
Performs database push for maintenance requests and PTR reports daily
Reviews trouble tickets for the Weekly and Monthly “Over Service Level Agreement” (SLA) Reports
Produces daily, weekly and monthly reports as needed
Analyzes data reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues
Participates in projects and other tasks as assigned
Coordinates continuous improvement initiative ideas between personnel and management using established tools
Basic Qualifications:
High school Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of (6) years of prior relevant experience, (2) years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of (2) years of prior related experience or bachelor’s degree in information technology systems or related field
1-year prior experience and understanding of Metrics principles and processes.
