Role:
We’re seeking a driven, assertive, and hands-on individual to take ownership of factory processes and ensure they’re effectively implemented and followed across the floor. This is not a quiet desk job-it’s an on-the-ground, walk-the-floor, solve-real-problems kind of role. You’ll be responsible for identifying process gaps, creating and enforcing new procedures, and optimizing workflows-from ERP work ticket creation to managing rework procedures and beyond. Your ability to engage with different departments, hold people accountable, and drive real change will define your success here.
What You’ll Do:
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current factory processes Lead implementation of new procedures across production and operations Create and manage work tickets in our ERP system Develop, document, and enforce rework and issue-resolution procedures Partner with technicians, supervisors, and team leads to maintain accountability Monitor and audit adherence to process improvements
Who You Are:
You’re a strong communicator who isn’t afraid to speak up and drive change You thrive in hands-on environments and are naturally observant and analytical You’ve worked in a factory setting (minimum 2 years) and can bring a fresh, outside perspective You can manage cross-functional collaboration without relying on formal authority
Preferred:
A technical degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Math, Data Analysis, or similar) Electromechanical or production technician experience Experience with ERP systems and process documentation
