We are seeking a meticulous and organized Production Team Administrator to join our dynamic team here at Rooflab. The Production Team Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes by handling permits, material orders, work orders, repair scheduling, and maintaining communication with customers as needed. This individual must have experience in permitting.

Key Responsibilities:
Permit:

Work directly with local municipalities as needed and make all permitting and licensing is done properly.

Material Orders:

Facilitate the procurement of materials required for production processes by placing orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to the production team.

Work Orders:

Assist in the creation, distribution, and tracking of work orders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Repair Scheduling:

Manage the scheduling of repair services, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to address customer issues promptly and effectively.

Customer Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates on project statuses, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the production process.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the production team, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of production activities.
