Are you a Production Flow Coordinator that is looking to join one of the top companies within the Electronics Manufacturing Industry? Are you looking to further your career and grow? Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Melbourne, FL. Are you interested? Here’s what you’d do:
Play a critical role in creating and maintaining a continuous flow process
Become well versed with all of the materials, tools, and methods of the area(s) they are supporting
Ensure production flow is uninterrupted and unobstructed at all time
Have keen awareness of time sensitivity
Protect continuity of work operations by following standardized processes
Continuously supply raw materials and parts, transport finished products away from the work area, remove waste, and update supervisors/management with product counts
Help build positive relations within all levels of the team
Report to the Operations Manager
Adapt to other responsibilities as directed and deemed necessary for the business Here’s what you’ll get:

$16/hr
Hours:
40 hrs/week;

1st, 7:00 AM•03:30 PM, Monday•Friday

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing the MS Office Suite Need to be able to multitask, have an agile approach, be organized, and work independently
Floater position•cycle count experience, or production flow experience, or management of processes Here’s what sets you apart from other candidates our clients prefer:
Associate’s degree
Experience in a lean manufacturing environment or electronics manufacturing environment
Ability to successfully multitask, have an agile approach, be organized, and work independently Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Ability to work with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team(s)
Ability to maintain a tight schedule
Ability to understand and visualize the process flow to alert management of any potential or on-going issues or roadblocks that arise
Ability to understand product flow
