We are seeking a Construction Coordinator/ Scheduler to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between office and field managers to oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation from the office. No onsite work involvedCo-ordinate dispatch of personnel and subcontractors for various phases of the pool building.
Maintain high standards of communication with clients and supervisors that adhere to original plans and specifications.
Hours are 6:30 am to 4pm Monday-Friday
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction scheduling or other related fieldsFamiliarity with construction management softwareStrong leadership qualitiesStrong customer service skillsDeadline and detail-orientedKnow how to prioritize tasks and how to manage your timePrevious experience with Cities and Municipalities Building Departments (Preferred)Ability to communicate in Spanish/Portuguese (Preferred)Company DescriptionVan Kirk and Sons, Inc. is South Florida’s leader in both residential and commercial pools and spa construction.
