TXTCHARLIE is a fast-growing, high-volume exotic and luxury vehicle dealership based in Fort Lauderdale. We focus on delivering a seamless, digital-forward experience for car buyers and sellers across the country. We’re currently looking for someone dependable and sharp to help manage our inbound leads and support the daily operations of the dealership.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for someone to help take pressure off the sales floor by staying on top of incoming customer inquiries and assisting with basic dealership operations. Your job is to keep communication flowing, ensure no leads fall through the cracks, and help the store run efficiently behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and CRM Follow up with customers and set appointments when needed Keep records updated in CRM and other dealership tools Assist with scheduling vehicle pickups, deliveries, or vendor visits Help with basic office organization and dealership tasks Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth operations

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communicator with a professional, friendly attitude Tech-savvy and able to learn dealership systems quickly Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working independently Prior automotive or dealership experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:
