In this role, you will be responsible for initiating WARM outbound calls to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your ability to engage prospects and build rapport will be crucial in driving our business forward. Duties Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services. Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with leads and foster relationships. Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from initial contact to meeting setup. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in our software systems, including Salesforce. Collaborate with the sales team to align on goals and strategies for effective outreach. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process, addressing any questions or concerns from prospects. Skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Proven sales experience or a background in telemarketing is highly desirable. Familiarity with outbound calling practices and techniques, particularly in a technical sales environment. Proficiency in using software tools such as Salesforce for tracking leads and managing customer interactions. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and understanding when interacting with potential clients. Ability to speak English & Spanish fluently
