In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in both English and another language, assisting customers with inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle various tasks will be essential in supporting our customers and enhancing their satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries in both English and another language. Call warm leads that inquired about our products and services. Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers or gather information as needed. Book appointments for sales team. Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date in the system. Utilize office software and tools to manage customer interactions and maintain records. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and systems. Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and in Spanish is required. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Ability to perform outbound calling and engage with customers professionally. Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and use of office software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to analyze customer needs effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
